Healing with the Heart

I am guided to offer Reiki long distance healing for a donation of $11. Each healing session will last 30 minutes and will be done on weekends. If there is a particular area that needs more focused love, please let me know by email.

  A healing session brings a sense of peace and well-being .Ideally you should be in a quiet comfortable space to experience Reiki. Different people experience the energy thru different feelings and sensations in the body.A healing session includes clearing of stagnant energy,removing blockages ,balancing and making the body a better receiver of the Universal Life Energy.

 As with all healings remember to drink lots of water, a lil' bit of down time if possible the next day so you have the time and space to process the changes the healing may bring about.

Reiki Level  1

You are given an attuenement for opening yourself as an instrument for the flow of reiki .

The Manual includes

•  History of Reiki
• Information on positions of the Chakras(energy centers)
• Colors of the Chakras
• Hand Positions for Self Treatment.
• Certificate of completion Reiki Level 1

 You will have online support to  answer your questions  before and after the attunement.

I recommend a minimum of 30 days between Level 1 and Level 2

A complete  energy healing includes Cord cutting and Chakra Balancing.Please make sure you are in an comfortable environment conducive to peace and quiet.

Energy sessions have made people relax enough that sometimes they fall asleep.
