Healing with the Heart

A healing session brings a sense of peace and well-being .Ideally you should be in a quiet comfortable space to experience Reiki. Different people experience the energy thru different feelings and sensations in the body.A healing session includes clearing of stagnant energy,removing blockages ,balancing and making the body a better receiver of the Universal Life Energy.

 As with all healings remember to drink lots of water, a lil' bit of down time if possible the next day so you have the time and space to process the changes the healing may bring about.

Reiki Level  1

You are given an attuenement for opening yourself as an instrument for the flow of reiki .

The Manual includes

•  History of Reiki
• Information on positions of the Chakras(energy centers)
• Colors of the Chakras
• Hand Positions for Self Treatment.
• Certificate of completion Reiki Level 1

 You will have online support to  answer your questions  before and after the attunement.

I recommend a minimum of 30 days between Level 1 and Level 2
